LR Development Company LLC
Founded in 1988, LR Development Company is an award-winning Chicago-based developer of landmark residential and commercial properties having completed over 40 developments consisting of approximately 2,000 units with total asset values in excess of $1 billion. LR strives to create a "Legacy of Landmarks" which enhance their communities, and this mission is reflected in LR's development projects which encompass both the luxury condominium and the affordable housing markets. Current projects include the Residences on Lake Shore Park, a three building composition of almost 300 luxury condominiums in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood; RiverWest, a 200 unit HOPE VI affordable rental and for-sale project in Peoria, Illinois; and Humboldt Ridge, an IHDA-financed new construction community with 100 affordable rental apartments on Chicago's northwest side. LR Development will partner with the City of Chicago in a New Homes for Chicago development, the Universal House, in Chicago's North Lawndale community.

Kerry Dickson
   Senior Vice President, LR Development Company LLC
Since joining LR Development Company in 1989, Mr. Dickson has been directly responsible for over thirty projects and currently oversees the Development Division of LR, which is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition, marketing, architecture and planning, and legal processes. Mr. Dickson graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a dual Master of Architecture/Master of Business Administration degree. A licensed architect with over 16 years experience in both the public and private sector of the architectural profession, he currently serves on the Chicago Board of Directors of the Homebuilders' Association of Greater Chicago. Mr. Dickson will serve as an Open-Call Juror and Developer of the Universal House initiative.
