On-line MPEA Permit Application Form

Ground Transportation Registration emblems(MPEA emblem) expire on June 30 of the following year. Please register during June of each year to procure a new registration emblem. Failure to register and display a current vehicle emblem could subject the the ground transportation vehicle, the owner or the driver to impoundment of the vehicle and/or fines and taxes.
