Revisions to Landmarks Commission Rules and Regulations

Notice is hereby given to the public that the Commission on Chicago Landmarks at its regular meeting of January 8, 2009, adopted an amendment to the Rules and Regulations, effective upon publication of notice. This minor technical amendment reflects certain changes to the Chicago Landmarks Ordinance and the membership of the landmarks commission. The Amended Rules and Regulations supercede the Commission's previously-adopted regulations and apply as specified therein to the conduct of the Commission's meetings and other business, including all future, yet-to-be-scheduled public hearings after the effective date.
