The City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Licensing (DBA) remains dedicated to educating new and existing business by offering Free business workshops on how to start or grow their business.

This month's workshops will provide an understanding of the City's licensing process by offering How to obtain a Liquor License and Public Place of Amusement (PPA) license and Preparing for your Business Inspections. These workshops will explain the rules, regulation and process to successfully operate your business. To further prepare businesses, April's workshops will also include topics on Real Estate Transactions, Email Marketing and Business start up.

Workshops are conducted by City officials, DBA's partner organizations or by experts in the industry. Workshops are located at DBA's City Hall Office, 121 N. La Salle Street, Room 805. Full class descriptions are available online at www.cityofchicago.org/businessaffairs.
