Buffalo Box/Roundway
The emergency shut off valve can only be operated by a Department of Water Management employee or a Chicago Licensed Plumber. This valve is owned by the Department of Water Management. If any unauthorized person manipulates this valve they will be held responsible for all damages occurred. PLEASE CALL 312-747-3570 or 311 for any help.
