Project SOAR- A Head Start Early Literacy Youth Development Initiative
14-18 year olds work as Teen Literacy Coaches in Head Start sites. Gain job experience while doing literacy activities with 3-5 year olds. Paid training on child development, literacy activities and life skills for youth.
